Chinese cuisine is world famous and has great admiration and craving for the food items it offers. This school is situated in the traditional farmhouse on the countryside of Yangshuo or right on Li River in Yangshuo
in Guangxi Province. The school has experienced Chinese chefs who teach the student how to cook and understand the base of Chinese food. Egg wrapped dumplings 
Steamed chicken with mushroom 

Duck with pickled ginger and chillies (on two or three day course) or eggplant 

Stir fried pork with vegetables and oyster sauce 

Green vegetables with garlic.
